So far today in Phoenix it's 108 with this weekend around 118. After 105 it doesn't make a whole lot of difference anymore.

@Meowingkitty   Oh my!  That sounds unbearable!  The hottest temp I was in once was in the Death Vally area.... 114 degrees....I could barely move. All we had was a swamp cooler in the  trailor we stayed in......it was like being in Hell.

It was early 70's today.  That's perfect for me.  It only gets to 100 for a week or two in the summer.  That's more than enough, not a fan.

I lived in Mesa for a couple of years before moving to Grand Canyon, AZ for another two years...It was like living in a sauna while living in Mesa, and the weather up in Grand Canyon was the most beautiful I've ever experienced pretty much year round.  I loved AZ and living there!

Mid 70's here in southern WV, and still raining every day.   I donated platelets yesterday, and it was 90 degrees in the downtown area of that city.

Pigs do not have sweat glands, and will die from heat exposure, which is why they need mud to wallow in and keep cool.   When we raised hogs many years ago, my brother and I had to carry water to the hog lot during the driest of summers, and create a man made mud hole near the pen for the hogs to wallow in.  A coating of mud on their hides helps keep their core temperature where it needs to be.

I didn't think I'd appreciate the temps being cooler, but Ive come to find out that I do!  I'll pass on the martini, but take a jack and coke with lemon!  Na zdrowie!  (to your health in Polish).  :-D

Summer has finally arrived in New Mexico as it's supposed to be in low 90s every day next week.  There won't be humidity complaints, however, as it's usually less than 10% this time of year.  Once I saw the relative humidity at 0%.

Not too hot on the CA Central Coast. I think we got into the low 70's today.

There's no humidity until after July 4th or so and even though it will be high for us Its still not as bad as most places. Think hairdryer blowing on your face.  I couldn't imagine living without a/c. We just don't go outside unless we have to. We do the reverse of people in the east. We stay in during the summer and play outside in the winter. Unfortunately, summer does not end at Labor Day for us.
