I used WEN back in it’s very popular hey-day, about 15 years ago. It made my hair fall out horribly. Shortly after my experience I read about the huge class action lawsuit complaining about the very same thing. I know Chaz settled the lawsuit with no admission of responsibility.

It works wonderfully for lots of people, but it’s terribly damaging for many others. I just stopped using it, lesson learned.

i remember that. I've never used Wen.  And I wondered what happened to that law suit.  I just use conventional shampoo and conditioner.  Thanks for the info.

a two week old thread.
just'to 'bash' Wen again.
and that is all I will say about
that.. 🤔

I rarely look at the date of a post. This showed up among the newest so I opened it. I'm sorry my not liking Wen hurt your feelings.

I fell for the hype when it was first on QVC and ordered it. I have fine, thin hair. It made my hair look greasy and limp; I never seemed to be able to get it rinsed out of my hair. It leaves a deposit. My stylist asked me what I was using and she said to switch to something else. She wasn't familiar with the brand back then, but I followed her advice. I can't believe this stuff is still QVC, but I know it sells not because it's a great product but because of the hype and the whole schtick with the vendor.

I think you forgot to look in the mirror.  End of story.
