Some things are temporarily on clearance sale prices then go back to just clearance prices. Or lunchtime specials go back to regular pricing to lower inventory I'm guessing. It's a game. Have to catch it at the right time.

Yes, it's a game. The same game played by many retailers.

Of late, my head continually hurt, & I wasted soo much time trying to translate the continual foibles, & trying to untangle the games by this new QVC.

This after many eons of a GREAT, TERRIFIC QVC of yore, that lived up to their logo.  Quality, Value, Convenience.

If I ever deemed to forget this, I just look at the wonderful, true quality, incl high dollar items I once bought from the QVC of yore, still in terrific condition & use, like Sleep Comfort bed (when they 1st came out), Air Filter System, Vacuums, Steam Cleaners, Big Hall Standing Grandfather Clock,  Pressure Cookers,  Total Pilates set up with Accessories     just for starters.     plus, many, many gorgeous Diamonique, 10K-14K gold, & other gorgeous jewelry & stones,   ALL these were mistake-less, & all reasonably priced. NEVER a complaint by me, not a one.  This just for starters.

Now, No more.   Had enough.  Taking back my life, & my time, +.

Am letting QVC "do their thing" now.       cause nothing's changed.

Due to the economy and inflation I am only purchasing needs, no more wants. People had better start cutting back or they will find themselves in deep financial trouble. If you are wealthy--go for it, otherwise think twice.

Yes, I have noticed. Items on my wish list, particularly jewelry, the QVC price has gone up about 10% of so. Also, I wish the notes feature would come back where you could keep notes on your wish list items. I would note the price changes.

What @JoyFilled Warrior said. Exactly.

I have many QVC items and clothes from years ago that I still love. Pricing is now ridiculous, quality is poor.

That is not my experience, @Etoile308.  Usually with other retailers the lowest price is the clearance until the item is gone, in QVC prices go on clearance, then regular, then lunchtime special, then regular, then sale, then who knows.  QVC manages its pricing/inventory in odd ways.  A favorite is when I order an item that is the last of its kind, and QVC, after taking the order, states the item is backordered.  Of course it's not,  It is the last of its kind.  I guess they can't find it or are waiting to process a return.  Usually, eventually, it shows up.

Never order from QVC something I really need.  Who knows when they will ship and what the shipper will do.  Maybe the package will travel the country.  Maybe it will sit for weeks waiting for acceptance.  Or maybe I will get it in a week.  Who knows!  It's an adventure.

Yes, I did notice this morning that just about every on my wishlist went up in price. Not buying.
I agree that everything has gone up in price, but stores right now are having excellent sales. Much better deals are to be had in retail stores
