It will only take one time for most to be charged an additional handling fee before they stop shopping at Q?

I already don't order unless I'm pretty sure I'm keeping the item. Paying to have shipped to you plus paying to return it is like throwing money away IMO. I don't do that. LOL!!! That's why I won't buy clothes from Q. If I did I would have to order a boatload of them on free shipping day. That way if I had returns I would not be out so much money.

Thanks for the FYI

 Changes my mind on ordering any clothes  in the future since there is No disclosure as to what their handing fees are per item based on Return Reason .

@skatting44

Please do not jump the gun.  This is the 2nd thread started that is possibly passing false information and causing a panic.

The other 'fees' are probably that you would also lose the original shipping charge besides the cost of the label fee.

THAT is not new.  We all know this and it has been in place for YEARS now.

There is nothing stated or on the website that new restocking fees etc. are being imposed.

 Well, however customer service responds , I am shopping locally as stores are open. I have purchased some clothes through QVC that were nice and fit , but there were times I ordered two different sizes to have the ability to try on and then keep whichever size fit the best.  Some of my local stores do not let you try on , however they are running 20% off sales.  Talbots has many spring items I am interested in  plus I save on  no shipping  and no loss of  returning items that do not fit or suit my body shape.

@qvcsocialteam@qvc -- clarification needed!!

Here is a return label stating other fees will be imposed 7DC5E4C6-0708-4276-9B71-A3C6BFA96051.jpeg yet does NOT state the fees.

It clearly looks as though written wrong ...

Can a mod clarify-- I have returns due on ez pay & Im sick getting .67 Refund...losing to & return fees in excess of $10🤬.

thankyou for your clarification.

What I get from this  "as well as additional deductions to reimbursements due based on the reason for your return"  if it's defective, you would receive the original postage and return postage.  If you return it just because you don't like it, they keep your original postage and return postage.

I'm with those who said the same thing.

Sorry, but this sounds like much ado about nothing.  I don't think this is any different than what has been the QVC return set up for quite some time.

It's saying that if you use the QVC return label, you will pay a fee.  That's the mailing cost, which will be deducted from your refund.  If you don't use the QVC return label, you will pay a shipping fee directly to the USPS.  Take your pick.  Either way, you're paying for return shipping.

Oh and it clearly says that the fee amount is shown on the return label.  So it's not a mystery what it will be.  And it does vary according to the item.  But you do know in advance and can decide to pay for shipping at the PO if you wish.

I wonder if they have slightly reworded some of this because some people are still surprised when they return something because they didn't like it and are charged for the initial shipping fee along with the label return fee.

@coffee drinker  I have an invoice that came with one of my orders, its worded slightly different but its from February.   I am pretty sure they are referring to the original shipping being deducted unless the return is defective. We typically always get a heads up if there will be major changes like this and we have not been able to find any.

When you purchase on EZ Pay, the shipping is split just like the cost of the item.  So you haven't yet paid the full shipping fee such as $3.50

When you use the QVC label, it states at the top $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for using the RETURN label.

That is why some refunds are so small; the Q will charge the full shipping to you and the $6.95 for using their label.

So if you puchase an item for $45 on 3 EZ Pay, the $3.50 shipping will also be split into 3.  So your first EZ pay will be $16.16.  ( I haven't included tax which would also be split.)

Then you decide to return and use the Q label, which says $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

So your refund will have the full $3.50 and the full $6.95 shiping fees deducted.

So your first EZ pay of $16.16 minus $3.50 and minus $6.95 will result in a grand refund of $5.71.

We know we have to pay shipping both ways (unless free with some specials) so the confusion is with EZ Pay.

You do not get the full EZ pay back because you haven't paid the full $3.50 shipping yet.

If there had been a special with free shipping, only the return fee would be deducted so in this case your refund would be $16.16 less $6.95

Thank you very much @Susan-QVC  for responding.

I hope that puts an END to these threads with people scaring everyone when they are simply misinterpreting the wording.

NO NEW FEES...(for now, LOL)
