Can someone please advise if QVC now charges an additional fee (handling charges) for any returned items except damaged items.  What's the amount?  If these fees are real, I can only imagine many will stop buying.  I know I will.  It just doesn't seem worth buying anything here with shipping charges on the high side and now possible handling charges on return items.

@coffee drinker   We don't know.  There was a thread earlier on the subject.  We asked the mods for clarification and so far, have gotten no response.

@qvcsocialteam@qvc -- clarification needed!!

Here is a return label stating other fees will be imposed 7DC5E4C6-0708-4276-9B71-A3C6BFA96051.jpeg yet does NOT state the fees.

It clearly looks as though written wrong ...

Can a mod clarify-- I have returns due on ez pay & Im sick getting .67 Refund...losing to & return fees in excess of $10🤬.

thankyou for your clarification.

If you used easy pay the return fee could be more than the refund requested.  Rarely would happen but with the 6 payments its possible especially with low cost kitchen stuff.  That statement covers QVC.  At least that's how I interpret it.  A re stocking fee must be clearly stated.

The way that *I* am reading it is, unless the item is defective, or damaged, you won't get your original shipping charges refunded.

Saying that you don't like the cut, or color, doesn't make a clothing item, "defective", and therefore, you wouldn't get your original shipping charges back.

If it has a big ol rip or stain on it, you would.

But, what do I know? It's early, and I haven't had my coffee yet.

A Moderator did respond on this thread that were unaware of any return policy changes and would research it further:

Thanks for the FYI

 Changes my mind on ordering any clothes  in the future since there is No disclosure as to what their handing fees are per item based on Return Reason .

@skatting44

Please do not jump the gun.  This is the 2nd thread started that is possibly passing false information and causing a panic.

The other 'fees' are probably that you would also lose the original shipping charge besides the cost of the label fee.

THAT is not new.  We all know this and it has been in place for YEARS now.

There is nothing stated or on the website that new restocking fees etc. are being imposed.

send offline email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com or go over to customer care and ask the mods over there.

They better not add a "handling" fee.  That will be the end of my shopping here for sure.

You already overpay for shipping and return shipping.
