Thanks for sharing this info with all..... And this is exacrly what a doctor had said on TV regarding the coronavirus and best way to combat it was hygiene and proper washing of hands frequently....

I'm pretty good about washing throughout the day...

especially when I go to the gym. I see people touch the weights

for an hour & then walk out without washing their hands.

Really skeeves me out!!

What I'm guilty of is touching my face.

That is something I'm mindfully trying to break that habit...

hard since North Texas is in the middle of Allergy Season!🤧

My Mom used to tuck a Kleenex into the bottom of her sleeve...

a pretty good idea I'm incorporating. I'm slowly turning into my Mom!

If I have a tissue, it forces me to use it instead of my hands.

Moms are always right.

I've heard this recently and try to do 20 seconds or close to it. I don't wash my hands after touching my pets, though, because I touch them all the time.

I get a good grade on hand washing. My husband has always remarked on how thoroughly I wash my hands.

I am a strong believer in that! I put anti bac stuff on our hands when we get back in the car when we are out shopping. I think that is important too. All those people, touching things? Yep, here comes the spray!

I eat out and am not a germ phobe, but boy do I believe in washing them off!

I just "washed" my hands and timed it and yes, it takes 20 seconds to get down between every finger and to scrub each finger effectively. At least 20 seconds. . .

It's amazing how many people don't wash their hands regularly ......

One co-worker admitted she didn't wash her hands much....after that....I no longer participated in the covered dish luncheons at work....

I know what you mean about allergy season its here in South/Central Texas too.....

I'm using a brush for under my nails too, although I've used it, I never did for regular hand washing, meaning every single time. I heard a doctor on TV say that it wasn't the soap or the water but rather the scrubbing. I wash my hands a lot because I have that habit of touching my face.
