Around a thousand bucks, supposedly they are the first retailer to get these HP computers.  Part of Black Friday Jump Start.  They are a whole two months early.

If they waited until Black Friday, it probably wouldn't arrive by Christmas.

I'm in no hurry to get started with a new Microsoft operating system that hardly anyone else has. Windows 10 is going just fine for me. Windows 11 is not a priority and I'm not sure the bugs are out and existing software is compatible with the new OS.

I'll wait a year for the Windows 11 challenge, I think.

@gizmogal

I agree. Don't give a hoot about Windows 11.

If your system can handle it, you can upgrade to Win11 for free. You'll need 4G RAM to download it. There's an app which you can download to check if your existing system is compatible with Win11.

I won't buy anything with a touch screen.  Mouse gal here.  Does that type allow you to not use the touch screen?  I hear that and I just move on.

Thank you, I will open my mind.  I just have an aversion to touch screens.  Just this week my PT handed me an I Pad to take a multiple choice survey.  I kept screwing up, too hard, too soft, whatever.
