That is so terrible that someone would come right up to your porch. Could you walk around the neighborhood and see if maybe someone took it as a prank and then just left it in the bushes somewhere?

A lady I know had her pillows stolen off of her rockers on her front porch. Valerie Parr Hill has a decorating video playing that displays a beautiful front stoop. Total $$$ for everything 760.44 plus 83.50 in shipping. 843.94 not including taxes. Many years ago in another home I had a decorative flag stolen off of the house.

@cookinfreakI am so sorry.  These irritating issues happen to us in life and the sooner we can let go, I've found, the sooner that I can be at peace.  It was not right that this happened but for our own joy in the world we learn to let go in order to maintain our own equanimity.   It is OK to vent so we can move on and my heart is with you.  My losses have been great (as with most of us) and this has been a challenging lesson,  My greatest discovery is that we are here to learn and grow.  So I now use these challenges as that opportunity.  I hear you and understand your disappointment.
