We just give our hair stylist an extra large tip when getting our hair cut before Christmas. Yes DH and I go to the same hair place together. (With her and her husband having 3 small children and a new mortgage, I am sure she appreciates the money).

I always give cash too.  My hairdresser is so accommodating, she deserves it.
