I ordered an item 8pm Calif. Time and two hours later free shipping came up.  CALL DR TO CANCEL ITEM AND REORDER WITH FS.  Item in process of shipping which is bull.  It takes days in process.  Two hour difference,can,t cancel.  I would save almost six dollars.  If this isn,t waived, they have lost a 25 year customer over 6dollars.
