7  'as is' items i have been stalking.   saved around $40 

still shopping

Only the items that Q did not raise the prices on when the free shipping banner came on.   To answer your question yes, 5 different items, I would have not purchased if this special did not come along, raised prices on 2 other items I let go due to price increases.   As much as it is nice to have free ship  the  the raise in price is insulting to their shoppers.  

Again when  a multi-billion dollar corporation nickle and  dime their longtime customers it's unbecoming.

I purchased 4 items today....saving $19.50 in shipping charges.  Items that have been on the list I keep with careful record of previous prices/shipping charges and comparision shopping as well.

I bought 5 little stocking stuffers for the rest of the family. I would have ordered them anyway, but figured the "free shipping" did save me a little bit. I wonder if they'll do it again before Christmas!

I heard them say this was the last time before Christmas. I took advantage of the offer on a few things. It does make a difference.

That is so wrong raising the prices before the free shipping offer.
