I fight little ants in the spring and summer, as well as fruit flies. I never prepare anything on a bare counter, and I always use a plate, bowl, cutting board or paper towel when making anything. I'm not a germophobe by any means.

I never put food directly on th counter top. I always use a plate or napkin.
