I really like to watch certain shows on QVC (fashion mostly) and occasionally buy myself a little something.  It's fun to wait forever until the package takes so long I forgot what I ordered, so I'm pleasently surprised!  I've had some sizing issues and returns, which are a hassle, but I still like QVC, especially J Jason Wu. Issac and the Szish List.  It is infinately more affordable than my last hobby, which was dressage (horses).  Anyone else relate?

@Helen Bach    Definitely cheaper to feed automated ordering than a horse and all that goes with it.

@Helen Bach   I think you're looking at this with the right attitude for you, and that's all that counts.  I know other posters might make the comment that you could find the same items elsewhere for less.

if you like shopping here and can afford to sometimes pay a bit more for an item, then I'm not going to disagree.

@Helen Bach  - No, I don't relate. But that's okay. If YOU are happy, that's all that matters. Have a lovely evening!

@Helen Bach And I bet a nickel you bought your horse(s) a lot of "little somethings" too! Probably big somethings, yes?

I have other pastimes and don't watch shows on qvc, but I like your style choices!

I read an article that is about five or six years ago now, that talked about the demographic of QVC shoppers.  It was not nice at all.  Not nice at all.  It was done as an opinion piece with some sort of psychological slant on it that said the majority of Q shoppers were Old, lonely women who watch it all day and shop and are addicted to it and hoard.  This appeared in a major newpaper too.  Boy, were they reaching.....

I agree, but does the person know when they've crossed that line?  Because it CAN be crossed.
