I have friends who live in Sun City SC and their HOA fees are very high to support all those amenities. They pay $300/month and they still have to cut their own grass, pay for the water for their lawn sprinklers, paint the outside of their own house and replace their own roof, and pay for cable TV. We get all that included in our $200/month HOA fee.

Thank you for the Sun City Center link. I checked the link and looked at a few homes, it looks like a great community however does not allow pets. I have a little Shih Tzu.

My friend had 2 dogs. Check out another area. It has several, still in Sun City.

Thank you for replying. I have been checking a web site called 55 places.com & after yourreply went back and found homes for sale that said pets were allowed with no restrictions. There are 131 homes for sale so I will do a lot of searching this afternoon.
