My sports radio guys have been talking about this for years.

People ‘gumming up’ the left hand lane, aka ‘Fast Lane’,

by driving slower than the lanes to their right.

An Indiana State Police Officer finally pulled over a

slow left-hand-lane driver over and posted it as a PSA.

Obviously, with 4,000 comments, 21,000 retweets & 65,000 ‘hearts’, 

everyone agrees! Move over!

A lot of folks do the ‘but what about...’, but it’s the law.

My mother does this all the time.  Infuriating.

I got stuck behind one coming home from work today.  Spent all day in 100 degree heat outside and then this schmo goes 10 below the limit.  He was not making a left turn when the time came for that to be possible.

All ‘I have to say is this.  I’ve driven 80 in a 55 in the fast lane and ‘I get tailgated.  I will not move for you.  I will not be intimidated by you either.   You want to drive 90 and up take it to the race track.

@sidsmom I spent two years in Indianaand the drivers there aren’t like the dc drivers.  Indiana drivers are way more courteous.  Dc drivers are too aggressive and they only think about me and only me.  The only reason my husband and I are still here is because my mom is still alive.  I definitely won’t be retiring here.

I have shared this before, but I hate slow bugs in fast lane!!    Not to long ago I was in fast lane on 101 in California,and driver a couple cars ahead was slow, then picked up, then slow. Meanwhile we all are backed yp.  Can't pass on right or left, as solid traffic.  Their Mercedes was nearly rear ended a couple times, they were totally oblivious.  When we passed the car finally, it was a lady signing contracts on her steering wheel.  No kidding.  She signed one piece of paper, threw it on empty passenger seat, then signed another.  Happened so fast I could  not get picture or plate number.  Looked like a loan agent or Realtor.  What a dangerous jerk she was!!

He!!, I'd move over if there was some jacka$$ on my tail when I'm going 80 (I rarely go 80).  Good way to get somebody killed to get in a pissy match.

No pissy match as you put it.  If somebody wants to drive a hundred let him work for it.
