I feel bad for anyone who falls for these scammers, they may not know any better.

He ended up calling Paypal to find out if they did send the one that he thought was legit.

 

The one that he thought was a scam, was a scam.

 

Paypal asked him to send a copy of the scam email to them so that they could investigate it for fraud.
