No one has connected the bombs in NJ to the dumpster explosion in NYC.

They believe it was an intentional act.

police chief just said that it appears that the explosion happened on the street. they are in the process of collecting more video. they DO think it was an intentional act.

This was an intentional act and the Mayor said it was not terror related. They are also looking at whether or not there is a secondary device.

There are a lot of sick people out there who wish to do harm to people.

All guesses on my part.

It's just sad and disheartening that this has happened.
