@hellodali, you can call, I did, but it was a waste of time, it hasn't been fixed. I also use to get an email about InsideQ, not anymore. I do get emails for reminders of upcoming shows, I don't get why I'm not getting anything else.

Jordan2 - thank you for your reply. I guess I was wrong about the mods helping. I'm not going to lose sleep worrying about not getting notices about TSV's or upcoming sales. It is QVC's loss f I don't know something and don't buy. They used to be so on top of things, but I guess times change.

I've been getting the TSV emails in my junk folder for months now. No big deal I just check there everyday. DW

Has anyone resolved this situation? I have been trying for years and asked them several times. I just emailed them again and they said they would fix it. I still do not get the TSV emails nor anything else.
