I have and use a Q card. I do use easy pay, and I never pay interest.
Every month, that month's easy payments are charged to the card. Like any card, if you pay off that amount, you never incur interest. In your example, $25 would be billed by QVC to the Q Card, and if you pay the $25, you pay no interest. The Q Card doesn't show the future payments at all.
Of course, if you only pay $10, the other $15 carries over. The next month, you will see the $15 unpaid balance and the new $25 payment billed by QVC.
So it's basically the same as any other Visa Card, except QVC only charges the current easy payments each month.
