I don't know any drama queens in real life. My group of friends are family that I grew up with.

Didn't even know what a drama queen was until recently and I'm talking about on these Forums. It finally hit me. Oh so that's what it means.

Yes that means Erica on "All my Children" was a drama queen. I thought she was just a lunatic.

@Lakelife62   Well miss know it all how do you know how many "peeps" (how old are you) tune into above mentioned shows?

@Junebug54  I read the Post and I was wondering if those were TV shows. OK.

Those tv shows are very popular. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that millions of peeps tune in. If you look over at the TV and Movies forums, you can see that most every thread is about some type of reality show or soaps. People thrive on drama. Life would be boring without it. I keep it out of my personal life if I can, but any kind of social media (this place included) will be full of it.

I do not watch any reality television since it is all stupid in my opinion.

We had an attorney years ago on my floor who was a Drama Queen.  Whenever anyone saw her going into the ladies room on the floor we went running the other way and gave her time to finish and get back to her own office.  Even the male attorney's tried to steer clear of her and her tragic days.

@Lakelife62  the last Reality Show I watched was American idol. Carrie Underwood was my favorite and she won in 2005 and that was the end for me. I heard about the Bachelor years ago and didn't even know it was still around until you mentioned it. People have to be watching these shows for them to be popular of course.

Somehow I'm more interested in Gunsmoke, Perry Mason and so on.

OMG last Wednesday at my Dr.'s appointment they had an episode of Perry Mason on in the waiting room and I was so lost in my childhood memories.  I watch Barnaby Miller and the Jefferson's every single night.  That is television not who slept with who.

Re: Drama queens

[ Edited ]

@Pearlee  I thought of it also. Hope she meant Barnaby Jones because I'm up at 4 every morning looking at him.

OMG your right Barney Miller, now that I am older I did not realize how handsome he was back then.  In about 10 years I will probably think the same about Barnaby Jones aka Jed Clampet!!
