No robes for me.  I have never been a robe wearer.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Since I moved and the weather's been chilly, I wear a wrap robe over my clothes part of the day.

I've always had summer robes & winter robes.

When I used to work I'd come home, get out of my work clothes, & put on a robe until I got ready for bed.

I also like robes when I have overnight family or friends.

Re: Do You Own A Robe

[ Edited ]

i generally wear sleeveless pajamas and loungewear all year long, so i need a robe during the cooler weather. sometimes i put a robe on directly after toweling off after a shower. i also like to wear a robe when i am getting ready to go out. i dont have to worry about getting makeup on it or spilling anything on it.

i have one barefoot dreams robe which is super warm and very comfortable. it is like wearing your favorite blanket. i also buy soma cool nights robes which are a rayon spandex blend and come in cute patterns, plus i have a basic black with lace.

i only like wrap robes......no zippers, no buttons, no snaps.

I have robes, but I do not wear them. I bought them recently in case I need them. I stopped wearing robes years ago. Instead I wear shirts and pajama bottoms that I call "sleepy clothes." When I go to bed I put on actual pajamas or a gown. I spend the day in a set of sleepy clothes if I am overwhelmed by my fatigue.

I love my robe!  I mostly wear it after I get out of the shower but also wear in on cool mornings while waking up. One of my daughters is a robe wearer also.

I wear robes.  I shower in the morning, so I put a robe on after that.  I don't want my wet hair getting whatever shirt I'll be wearing for the day wet, so I'll wear the robe until my hair dries somewhat. I'll also put it on sometimes when I'm a bit chilly in the evening.  It's a silky wrap-type which I don't really care for, but I've had it for literally years.

I recently bought a more substantial waffle robe for winter wear, wrap type too since it seems to be what I can find.  Both are short.

I have robes, all but one are the wrap kind that I prefer. The alien one is dark green velvet that zips. I wear it for lounging.

I wear them after a shower or bath. I don't wear pj's to bed.

Yes, I have a Stan Herman robe.  I've had it several years.  It is a zip up the front and keeps me warm. It is wearing well and still looks good. We keep the heat turned down at night so I often put it on first thing in the morning till we turn the heat up.

I do not own a robe.  I just put on a zip up sweatshirt if I need something warmer over my pajamas.

I have a robe, which is tie front. I used to wear robes all the time. Since I retired, though, I wear pajamas and use a throw if I am cold.
