Some of my favorite days are the ones where I spend all day in my jammies!😊

Same for me, I love my days in the house in a soft nightgown and robe, makes me very content and relaxed.

Well I guess I'm a slug on a slippery slope but no I don't get dressed everyday unless I have to go out. It's just me and my dog and he doesn't get dressed everyday either.  Right now I have on a lovely Eileen West long nightgown and a Barefoot Dreams cardi so at least I am undressed well.  Have to get outside dressed now to go pick up groceries. Whatever works for you is fine, just stay safe.

Virtually always-  although what I wear many mornings doesn't go farther than the garbage can.  I learned from my mother that if I was "clean and dressed underneath" I could more easily be ready to go out if I want.   Besides, I am way more comfortable wearing a bra than not, but I don't like to sleep in mine.

Re: Do You Get Dressed Everyday

Yes, 90% of the time I do.

The other 10% of the time are pajama days; those cold, snowy, blustery, winter days I look forward to, when no one comes to the door, and we don't think about going out.

My happiest moments are snow days when teacher daughter is home, and trucker daughter is enjoying a few days off, and we're all together in our pajamas enjoying a lazy day.   Those are the moments this house was built for, and I enjoy, and feel blessed by them.

Re: Do You Get Dressed Everyday

I retired 8 years ago and most days I do dress and I make my bed every day.  However, I don't wear make up or a watch.  If I feel like staying in my PJ's, I do AND today is one of those days.

Re: Do You Get Dressed Everyday

I always told my children, even if they are remaining in, it's a good idea to get up take care of your personal hygiene and get dressed. Like others have said, if someone comes to the door you don't want to be embarrassed looking unkempt. One son, listened to the advice, the other son did not.  😝  I feel better out of PJs. I have house clothes wardrobe. Those are what I put on, every day. I have so many clothes that are either snug,  bleach stained or just not to my liking and I utilize them. At the beginning of the pandemic I couldn't get out to do the laundry. I was hand washing or discarding clothing after wearing and thinned out my house clothes. It' s still a vast collection!

No, only if I'm planning on going out.  I have several "lounge" outfits, .e.g., Stan Herman, CuddleDuds and several bathrobes.  Right now I'm in CuddleDuds pants and a tee shirt.  I prefer being comfortable--not sloppy--and it works well for my mental health!!!

Yes, I get dressed every day - mostly casual no full make up just tinted moisturizer but I feel better getting myself together every a.m. walking the dogs then another stay in day!

Absolutely yes. I have to be quite sick to even consider not getting dressed.

I do.  I might lounge a little longer on day off but always get dressed and moving.

I am more of the type to get into pjs earlier at night and up and rolling earlier.

Same here.....I always make my bed too...
