Never did when I was a working person. Since I retired, I'm like -- oh, yeah -- I love breakfast! I have different things: English Muffin with red raspberry preserves and a bananna; oatmeal packet (varying flavors) and banana; cold cereal and bananna; frozen waffles and jam and bananna - and always a cup of decaf with cream. I look forward to having a leisurely breakfast - something I never had time for when I worked for almost 50 years!

I don't eat until about noon since I realized I was that I was just as hungry at noon whether I ate breakfast or didn't. This helps me maintain my weight.

I take my vitamins and blood pressure meds in the AM and have to have something in my stomach or can feel queezy. Have two cups of coffee with no sugar creamer.
I only eat cold cereal in summer which are boring ones, like shredded wheat or grape nuts. I prefer oatmeals as warm and more satisfying and filling to me. Sometimes I do a European style for fun with cheese, yougurts, ham with plain crusty French bread, tomatoes or brioche toast etc. I rarely use jam or butter. I don't bother with pancakes or French toast or egg dishes etc. as live alone. Sometimes a plain boiled egg and toast. I change it up as get bored.
My former husband never ate breakfast. Only very strong coffee so I started putting milk or creamer in it. I go walking daily my first mile when possible in the Upper Midwest about 8:30 AM. My dog is relentless and gets me going .
Interesting thread, Thank you @aj1980 .

Having hypoglycemia I do have to eat breakfast. Usually have oatmeal with blueberries or strawberries and walnuts or almonds. Sometimes peanut butter toast.

@Kalli How about a spoonful of peanut butter in the oatmeal? A boiled egg? Small slice of cheese or ham on a triscuit? Protein powder in the oatmeal? Nuts on top? Those are choices I've made sometimes.
