I always make sure I've had enough protein each day, but I don't eat when I'm not hungry.
I am not hungry when I wake up, but will occasionally have a protein shake .... to give my stomach something to do.

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals. Even when I was still working I always made sure I got up early enough to have time to eat.
During the week and on Saturdays I usually have the same things. I start out with a large mug of tea and then have either steel cut oats or cereal. I cannot stand rolled oats. Then I have some fruit. I prefer either blueberries or bananas. Then for my bread, I have either a half of a whole wheat bagel or whole wheat english muffin.
On Sundays I make our breakfast a little more elaborate. I like to make waffles or pancakes. Or else we have eggs and just two slices of bacon each. I had to break myself of my bacon addiction. I love it and as a kid I know I ate too much but I learned to limit myself to just two slices once a week.
After I finish breakfast I do not eat anything else during the day. My husband will make himself a light lunch but I'm never hungry until dinner.
I'm fine with just two meals a day and no snacks in between. My husband and I do not eat anything else after we finish dinner. We started that about three years ago and at first it was difficult but now it's just part of a regular routine. We don't miss having evening snacks and it's helped us to maintain our weight.

I try to. When I do it's either Cheerios and Almond Milk or a Protein Shake.

I do intermittent fasting (20:4, or sometimes OMAD) so I normally don't eat breakfast. Once in a while may, but that's an exception. I do have coffee with an approved sweetener in the morning and one mug will have MCT oil. I break my fast around noon or so.

Yes, breakfast every day. A varied menu daily...cereal, raisin toast, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, French toast...
Many days, I do skip lunch.

By the time we get out of bed & actually eat it's Brunch. Had a slice of toast, piece of sausage, & scrambled eggs.
Tomorrow we are having French toast made with homemade French bread with bacon & pure maple syrup. Other days of the week I eat a piece of toast with homemade peanut butter, wheat chex with rice chex cereal or a smoothie. Sometimes I don't eat breakfast. I only eat 2 meals per day.

Yes, I have black coffee for a while first because I'm not hungry. A little later my breakfast is cottage cheese with Four Cheese & Herb Triscuits.
