I get up early. Ensure bottle. Toast with butter usually. Sometimes eggs. I drink the bottle at work. I drink 3 Ensure bottles a day. Helps keep my weight up.
Never skip breakfast. I've skipped lunch sometimes. I don't really get hungry mid day.

Since Trulicity, I almost never eat breakfast. I have coffee and a bottle of water in the morning but I don't eat untill around 1pm. I generally eat breakfast type food. Oatmeal, whole wheat toast, boiled egg, applesauce.

I'm not a fan of breakfast food. I try to eat a banana or a whole wheat English muffin. Occasionally I'm in the mood for oatmeal.

My daily breakfast for the last 3 yrs has been 2 Jimmy Dean turkey sausage links, 1 piece of whole grain toast and 2 apple slices. As a Type 2 diabetic I made the change from pancakes and syrup etc because I had a rt knee replacement and developed a staff infection. After having the replacement parts removed IV antibiotics and a 2nd knee replacement I made big changes in my diet. My A1C is now 5.7 and I no longer take diabetes medication.

Everyday! I eat high protein special K or Raisin Bran five days and twice I substitute crustless quiches, only 1 per serving. I add 1slice of toast or a scone to the quiches. This breakfast is full of protein and it works for me. I always eat a small lunch and a small dinner. I have learned that I feel better following this routine. It keeps me from binge eating and I maintain my weight. Obviously I'm cooking for myself now and I only have to consider myself. I do snack on apple slices or Cooper Street Granola Bars if I get hungry. Taking control of my meals has made me feel better but most people like more variety.

Every day: Bran flakes, skim milk, 1/2 banana or raspberries. Once a week or maybe 10 days or so, I get raisin bran crunch.
No coffee but sometimes an espresso about 10 to 11.

Yes, I always eat breakfast as soon as I get up. Usually it's hot tea and hard boiled egg or a bowl of raisin bran or shredded wheat with 1% milk.
