This is new to me.  It looks interesting, but not quite up my alley for a hobby.  My friend does it, it is pretty.

I have never heard of it but when I googled diamond painting, it looks like it is placing tiny colored beads on a preprinted canvas?

I had to google it to see what it was. 

It looks like faceted beads and some of it is really pretty, just not my type of craft or hobby.

I've done a variety of crafts in my day, some of which others felt would be very tedious.  But, to me, Diamond painting takes "tedious" to a new level! Looks pretty, but I think if woul be a bit much for me.

Ive done 2 pictures so far.  Believe or not, it has helped tremendously with my anxiety.  Dont ask me why, I havent a clue.  Yes, its tedious, but somehow you get fully emersed in it.  One thing I do think is essential, is that you buy a light board to put under the canvas so you can see the symbols clearly.  They are about $20.00 .  Very easy to do, no learning curve, mindless activity.

Really interesting.  Just watched a Youtube video.  They come out very sparkly.  Very pretty, and nice.  Thanks for sharing.
