Reporting in from the far NW suburbs of Chicago: it was -24 this morning but has warmed up to -16! Tonight it is supposed to drop down to -29 or -30, which at that point will set a new record low. I’m not planning on going anywhere for a while if I can help it.

rSoutheast Wisconsin here, and Wind Chill is -34 and temperature is actually -11. Working from home today.

Pittsburgh area, 2 degrees, -23 wind chill. And it is very windy. Woo hoo! Making chicken soup and staying inside with the dog. Going up to 55 next week. Pittsburgh weather , you can get all seasons in one day! Everyone stay safe and warm.

@Mary Bailey  Thank God some people had sense.  All schools should be closed, no delivery of mail if the mailperson has to walk blocks.  I remember when I was around 30 years old with the wind chill it was 80 below.  I will never forget that day.  Stay warm and safe.

@Catty2  I love winters here.  Arizona is way too hot for me.  My mother loved the heat but not me.  I have relatives in Tempe.
