I like what I'm seeing in the Fall previews he's introducing new kitchen items. Already ordered one.
I miss seeing new inventions.

Did you check out the new George Foreman grill?
I got one years ago and hated it because I could never get the grill pad clean. I said at the time they ought to have removable ones.
This one comes with a couple of inserts.

I haven't seen any new models of GF grills lately, but there were several reasons for which I didn't care for them and ended up going with another brand, because I always like having a contact grill on hand.
One thing I didn't like, that I hope they fixed, was that the GF grills had the little grease tray separate. You just put it down below the front and, if you're a klutz like me, that's a disaster waiting to happen.
Another thing I didn't like about them was that the top of the grates sloped down toward the front so it was a race to the finish to get the food on the grill and close the top before everything slid off.
The ones I've used for the last 15 years are Hamilton Beach brand and not onlly do they have the drip tray as a slide-in on one end, but the tops of the grates are level so you don't have things sliding down.
But I do get that those things might be minor to others. For me, both of those things were major. ![]()
But I like George Foreman!
Enjoying seeing him on tv lately.

Right, I didn't like that, either!

I wish they would make a small one with removeable grates my son uses the one we have and it's so hard to clean. I have the big one but he never uses it

we have the old kind with out removable grates to. i spray it with grease lightning cleaner, it makes cleaning it much easyer, i put in sink and let water run over grates and i scrub it with a scrubby pad, the new gf grills look really nice. when this one dies we will be getting the new kind with removable grates.
