   I’ve been a huge David Cassidy fan since I was a teenager.My heart is breaking for him.Alcohol is a disease that ravaged his father & taken it’s toll on him.

 Then for him to have inherited his moms dementia on top of it is so cruel!!

  I hope he was able to mend the fences with his son, daughter, & siblings.

I had no idea he was in such poor health. My heart goes out to him and his loved ones.

His failing health also has to do with his alcoholism for many many years....even if he was not drinking recently( his words) his past bad behaviors for years  I am sure added to his organ failure.

Sadly, I think Manson will outlive him.

Jack Cassidy did die in a house fire.   From what I read, his own cigarette was the culprit.

I was a huge Shaun Cassidy fan when I was a kid, but I always loved David too and watching him on Partridge Family reruns.  It doesn't even seem like he should be 67- like I expect him to look like he did on TV way back then.

This may not be a popular view, but I think that he is ready to go.

I think that he is tired of having lived such a hard life, and his body is just worn out.

I also think that G-d knows this and will welcome him Home.

May his soul be at peace.

Years ago,we saw him  he was doing a appearance ,i think it was either Disney world,or the Bahama's ,what i remember was he was so friendly ,was laughing and would just talk to the crowd.
