Just wondering how many of you shower or take a bath in am or pm? I have had guests come into my spotless guest room with fresh linens on the bed and go directly to bed without taking a shower. I can't do that. How about you ?

Both. Regular shower in AM and a quick one before bed to wash the ""dirt of the day off"". Can't sleep if I don't.

Somtimes, I shower in the am and the pm. I have pain issues and warm showers help relieve my joint pain. So, I often shower when I get home from work or before I go to bed. Often but not always. I always shower in the mornings.

I work up a good sweat while walking outdoors at night, so I definitely shower in the p.m. I want to feel clean when I go to bed. The ritual of showering and then putting on lotions and potions relaxes me and helps me wind down for the night.

AM....but will also do PM if my day finds me doing anything dusty, dirty or sweaty....

Currently, I have no tub--only a shower for AM & PM, but soon when my new house is complete. . . I'll return to showering each morning and taking a hot soak each evening.
