AM shower and sponge bath before bed. If I take two showers, especially in the winter, my skin gets too dry. I love morning showers and feeling fresh when I dress. I sponge bath before bed because I, too, can't go to sleep feeling dirty. ( Interesting topic )

Always in the am, I can't get going without a morning shower and starting the day feeling fresh, especially after night sweats! Evening as well if It's a special occasion or I've been doing something during the day that makes me particularly dirty or sweaty. I work with someone who I know showers at night, and often she has kind of a mustiness about her, for whatever that 's worth.

In no uncertain terms I shower at night before I go to bed. It drives me crazy when we have guests that do not shower before they retire for the night -- also on clean linens. Ugh!!

I bathe or shower every night. As children we always took a bath then put on our pajamas. We never went to bed dirty, and I still do not.

I bathe when i need to - not by the clock. Usually both AM & PM since the hot flashes began.
