I read that Disney plans to layoff 28,000 employees due to the closure. I don't think California Disney is open. It is very sad for the employees.

From the very beginning of this pandemic I didn't think this country would recover economically. I sure hope I'm wrong.

Well we still aren't even doing anything about it, so this is just the middle of the beginning. Economically and healthwise, things can get so much worse.

Well, I just heard on my local news that they don't think we will peak now until Feb. I thought it was suppose to be earlier than that?

I'm afraid there will end up being even more layoffs. Thats 5 more months and we are 6 months in.

My daughter just flew from Miami to Orlando last week.

The plane was totally full.

My other daughter flew here from Denver, her plane was totally packed too.

My friend needed tickets from Virginia to Georgia. The first time she looked the tickets were $900 each. She waited and went back and they found tickets for $300 each.

My son and his fiancé work for Disney. My son got called back a few months ago, but not her. Sure hope she does not get let go. Disney is still paying her health care.
