Witchy Woman,

Yes, the Supremes were elegance personified.

I loved their gown/dressy dress selection, makeup, hair -- the whole package!  

If ever there was a "girl group" that mastered smooth and sophisticated moves while performing, it was the Supremes.

I did not wish to make anyone cry, but the truth is that music can lift your spirit and make you forget how old you are.  When there are others in an audience who appear to be in your age group and "let 'er rip," you feel so liberated when you get going, too!  If the truth be told, I was the initiator this time.

What inspired me, too, was that there were two young ladies seated in front of me who were in their 30s (it seemed to me) and were just as inclined to mimic the Supremes moves as I was.  In addition, there were two guys (not with them) to the right of them who were moved by Diana Ross's singing, too. 

The night was perfect.
