@KingstonsMom , today I took your advice and emailed them. Within a half an hour, I received an answer that it would be credited back to my cc. I just wanted to say thank you for the great suggestion. Now I just have to watch my CC online and make sure I receive the credit.

this takes the cake-----I mailed back 2 items to JTV this past Saturday---just got 2 emails today Tuesday, that they received the package, processed it and gave me my refunds!!!! AND-----I mailed the 2 items in one package!!!!! I am in WA state and they are Tennessee------What universe am I in?????
