Re: Coffee suggestions? for a gift

@gidgetgh He will love that gift! I'm a big coffee fan. last year I got a new mug, milk frother ($10 hand held  from Amazon) and the San Francisco bay pods as a gift. I love Starbucks normally and these were great! Gift card is always great too with coffee drinkers.

I’m putting together a coffee themed Christmas gift for my brother in law. I don’t drink coffee so I’m a little stumped. Yes, I can do a Starbucks gift card, but I’m trying to do something other than that.

He uses a Keurig.  Does anyone have any suggestions for maybe a more unusual type of Keurig coffee that you really like that might be lesser known that I could order somewhere?  I mean, I can get Maxwell House and brands like that at the grocery store. I’m looking for maybe a coffee you’ve tried that came from a specialty store or something I could order from. Needs to be a pod that will work with the Keurig.

Thanks!

Do you think he would use a milk frother either for himself, his wife/family, or guests?  Would be a great addition to his coffee maker.  Electric milk frothers are great to make those yummy lattes & cappuccinos everyone loves.  Get a good name brand if you do...saw sometning once about a Breville being a good one.  Do an internet search for "milk frothers" and get more info, brands, pricing.

@Scorpio1971- my sister and I talked about a milk frother yesterday, but she wasn’t positive he’d like one. I appreciate the suggestion though.

I agree with this and I’m a coffee drinker.

Deathwish coffee is my fav and they sell k cups. You could also add a thermal mug/cup, refillable k cups, holiday temed creamers etc. Maybe add some snacks he likes.

I also agree wholeheartedly. I love coffee but there are certain kinds/flavors I can't stand.  It would be disappointing to receive flavors or brands you just don't like.

A nice thermal insulated coffee cup, some sugar cubes and different creamers.( I would put those in right before you are giving the gift basket.) Some cookies also would be a nice touch. Different coffees can be ordered at Amazon.

@gidgetgh: Include items used for a coffee bar: if they have a special serving area- special canisters for- sugar, coffee creamers, I have updated my area and purchased what is  considered sugar dispensers for the sugar, and creamer, a smaller napkin holder. I have given as gifts the small trash can since friends ask for one. Southern Bee 96CAFEC3-70FE-42C9-AE71-2D8987B2297F.jpeg

@SouthernBee- very nice. They don’t have room for a coffee bar though. They use the kitchen counter.
