I drank at least one cup of coffee a day since I was a young teenager, sometimes two cups but rarely more than that.

 

The last year or so (I'm 58) I can't tolerate the caffeine - it makes me super jittery.  I now drink Roobios Red Tea, it's naturally decaffeinated and organic.  It took a week or so for the caffeine cravings to go away, but once they did, I feel much better for it.

I have a couple of cups of coffee in the morning and then water the rest of the day. I don't like tea and I'd rather eat a whole piece of fruit than drink juice. Sometimes I'll have flavored seltzer water or plain club soda with lime.

I have about six cups of coffee per day and also drink water.I don't like milk or juice but will drink kombacha.

I drink my hot lemon water concoction in the morning.

 

Then I have a cup of coffee.  I pour a second cup, but don't finish it.   I drink water for the rest of the day - La Croix or Pelligrino.

 

At night, I make a cup of hot tea. 

 

I don't drink milk, juice or pop.

I have 1 cup of Irish (black) tea in the morning, and then I drink water all day long. If I go out to eat, I have unsweetened iced tea. I usually make fresh brewed iced tea every other day or so in warmer weather. I have always been a water drinker.....definitely no sodas! Rarely juice.....I like the whole fruit better. I have found Fiji bottled water to be good.....no acidity at all.....unlike a lot of others.  But I don't have it unless I want water when I'm in my car.

Coffee, tea, water, flavored water. I rarely drink fruit juice, but sometimes I'll pour some into some seltzer water and make my own fruit spritzer.

I drink black coffee, unsweet hot and iced herbal tea, and water. No liquid calories is essential for me to manage my weight.

1 Cup Of Coffee In The Morning - A Must

Mostly Water The Rest Of The Day

Occassionally I drink a Soda

I like Tea - Russian Tea or Apple Cinnamon

Ice - Carbonated Flavored Water

Black Coffee

All sorts of Green, White, Chai teas (and other teas as well)

Both of the above HOT and ICED

I don't drink any hot drinks. No coffee, tea or not chocolate for me.
