I only drink black teas. I have one or two cups a day, but usually have to cut out caffeine after 2:00 pm if I want to sleep well. I don't drink any herbal "tea."

No coffee, just don't care for it. Hot and iced tea with caffeine please and ice cold Diet Coke with lime. Also love our local water, I never buy bottled.

I don't drink anything that has caffeine in it, I'm extremely sensitive to it. I drink filtered water (use Zero Water filtering pitcher) decaf tea occasionally, & juices/ smoothies that I make myself. I'm also lactose intolerant so I have no dairy. I drink almond milk, coconut milk, & when I want cheese I use Daiya brand.

I often add seltzer to my juice in order to reduce the calorie count and sugar content of my drinks.

Some fruit juices can be so sweet or syrupy and the seltzer makes them lighter and more refreshing.
