Thanks for this info. I only pay by cc. In the past, I used on occasion checks but stopped. I'm going to check out my EZ pay items (which I only have a few left) and check out by cc statement.

It is disturbing / disappointing that, knowing of the ‘glitch’
QVC has failed to take the inatitive to give a Courtesy ‘heads - up’.

as seen in facebook qvc groups.....
was told it will be 3-5 days before the money is placed back in the account. The CS rep that I spoke with said that all payments made on certain days in December are for some reason being duplicated.
they told me all easy payment made 12/23-12/24 were duplicated.
asked why in the world wouldn’t you notify people that this has happened and the CS rep said that’s not their policy.
this situation is for both credit cards and debit cards, not sure about paypal payments.

I called CS when I read about double charging here.
Once again, I'm so happy I found all of you guys...this is the only website I belong to for obvious reasons (I never know when to shut up) but because I don't trust much.
So, the first time the lady said, (paraphrasing), "Well, I've had 20 calls and none of them have been having problems with the easy pays".
I only buy things on easy pays because I send stuff back so quickly (often within one to two days) it doesn't make sense. Also, I don't need the item in the first place.
Then the second time I got someone who seemed to know more about what she was saying.
She said (paraphrasing), "Look at your print out and pick out some items that look the same and give the amounts to me".
I did that on maybe 6 or 7. I told her I almost never buy the same things twice unless it's maybe the sunglasses.
I told her it was impossible to see what I'd bought because they're all coded and doesn't say what they are.
She said she saw what I'm talking about and she said she is able to see how I buy so much it's impossible to figure things out.
She said she would send what I'd told her about and that would cause an audit of my account.
I just recently sent back some huge boxes with a lot of items in it.
I'm packing up this weekend and that's it. I'm done.
Everything is labeled with the original boxes (in case of shoes) and plastic, etc.
I couldn't make it any easier for these people to refund my few pennys.

No more easy pays for me. My account isn't right. Check your easy pays if you have any. Been a member for a long time and this is a first for me.

This is the second glitch in less than two weeks. The first one was on easy pays on 1/9. My account was debited but the easy pay was showing past due. It took about 7 days to get it corrected. They must have an IT department of trainees. This should not be happening every couple of weeks.
This company is in serious trouble and no one seems to care about their customers. I guess they forgot who pays them. I wonder how many more glitches are forthcoming!!!

I have a question, too. Are these charges showing up on credit cards or on bank statemens where your own bank has issued the card you use??
If Ihave a credit card on file, a charge would never show up on my bank account unless I used that card from that bank.
In other words, my personal bank issues a debit/credit card. If I use that card, the charge shows up on my bank statement.
If I use a credit card issued by one the the other well-known banks, that charge would only show up on that card statement, not on my personal bank account.
Make sense??
I'm getting confused on where these incorrect charges are showing up??

This is where I'm confused so please have patience with me. LOL
The very few times I purchase I removed my card info from the Q.
To me a bank statement means the bank you use for checking/savings.
A credit card statement means a credit card issued by somebody like DIscover (are they still around??) to me.
I guess it's all in the vocabulary.
