I hear you and when I had the last glitch, I called Synchrony bank. I told them the problem with Qvc. Their answer was, your account is in good standing, it,s an QVC issue. QVC getting worst. I had a lot of EP,S. No more.

If I were to ever order anything from QVC in the future, I will never use EP.

if anyone is having issues you should put your concerns in the customer care forum. they are already checking into an issue with @roxxy1 . you can also email them at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.
i have checked my account and easy pays on qvc and have checked my bank account. no issues for me.

OK, is it only pay by check, or the Q credit card, or only easy pay that is affected? So much complaining about everything that I fail to understand which it is. TIA

@BornToShop why would QVC have access to your personal bank accounts at all???? That is really odd. You do not foolishly use your debit card for purchases do you??? I would never use a debit card for QVC or any online purchase.

@Imaoldhippie My double charge was for an ez pay. I never use ez pay EVER.
It was charged on my Visa credit card. A charge for ez pay for an order placed in December.

A huge thanks for this post. I checked my bank account and checked my Q Easy Pays and, so far, it looks all right. It’s a bit tricky to check my bank account because I ordered three of the same rings in different color metals on six Easy Pays. On my online transactions at the bank I’m not totally sure what some of the numbers mean. I just checked by charge amount and number order if Easy Psy for each charge. I hope I checked correctly.

A huge thank you to the original poster. Checking my bank account is part of my normal morning routine but I may do it each evening for a bit too.
Though I have no easy pays, this is beyond scary to me.

Good grief, I had to call CS today too, with a charge, that we thought was taken care of in Dec., from an order too. Wow, guess we'll check again on Mon or Tue then too.
She assured me (CS) it was from a just prior to Christmas purchase. WE don't show that this was charged back with the other. So ours may be ok, but I'll have to check again early next week.
Guess I'll not be ordering for awhile. Or by one way only.
