This has not happened to me -- yet, but if it does, I’d call the bank that issued the credit card that was erroneously charged and report the charge as fradulent. I wouldn’t rely on QVC to correct the error. The bank is a better advocate for you.

I use credit card to pay QVC just because I can dispute a charge that way.
But mine is fine.
Were the double charges all for checking accounts not credit cards? Because they are processed differently and i wondered if they sent an ACH (Auto clearing house) file twice in error. That would impact only checking/savings accounts whereas credit card process immediately.

I just did a live chat. They charged me for an ez pay. I NEVER use ez pay, for an order placed on 12/24. The Q really needs to get their ***** together. Says it was a system error. Really ?!?!!!?!

@roxxy1 Mine was not an EP amount but a full charge on an order back in December. Regardless whether it is an EP or full total amount, this has me deeply concerned regarding the lack of security ownership from QVC.

What would give them access to our bank accounts - a debit card??
I have never allowed one to be on any account I have used. When they first came out, they were far less safe than a credit card and I just never wanted one then. Now even though there are more legal protections, I don't need to keep track one one more thing.
I did check the credit card I use here -- no problems today.
