I am glad that they were able to get the sensor put in on the right door.

 

I do believe that some sort of credit is merited.

 

I do have a question. Working on a car for six hours and not getting to your car for several hours is completely different. How many labors hours were actually marked on your Paperwork, both estimate and final paperwork?

 

If, it lists 6 hours to do this job, then I would agree that a letter to the dealership owner, and a copy to the attorney general is warranted.

It was initially quoted as a one hour job.  The paperwork has the labor listed at almost six.  I probably will send them a letter containing a copy of both after I've had a couple days to rest and get my bearings.  Today actually is the the first I've had in awhile without somewhere stressful to go or do lol.

I really appreciate your response.  It makes me feel better about writing the letter to know that others think it's warranted too.❤️

You shouldn't have to pay labor for work you didn't request. Why should you pay them for their mistake?

Believe me, I completely agree.  By Monday morning I hope to be able to go speak with the manager about this.  I can't really decide if I should do that or send a letter?

Give the manager a chance to make it right. If he doesn't write the letter, contact the Attorney General, and file a complaint with your BBB.
