I feel sorry for his kids, especially the two youngest daughters. I also feel sorry for his ex-wives. What total deceit. I can't imagine how I would feel knowing I was married and had children with that. I can't even look at him, he's hideous. I certainly won't be watching the show.

It's better to let men 'out' themselves so they don't involve females and take up time and the lives of others hiding what they really are. I mean this for both gay males and those who want to transition to be females.

I have a trans-gender speaker/minister at my spiritual center. I find he or rather she has some words of wisdom to share but it also seems she is unhappy about something. She is unattractive in the way we view females but she has confidence in other ways.

Bruce's struggle is the "fault" (if you must) of Mother Nature, exacerbated by the world he has lived in most of his life. Being gay or transgender will still get you killed in the US today, never mind 40 years ago. His children's and stepchildren's behavior can be laid squarely at the feet of their mother. The less said about "poor" Mrs. Jenner the better.

What's your excuse?

I don't know what to believe. I guess until I see him or any of the family talking about it, I'm on the fence. I don't have an opinion one way or the other. If he is doing it, good for him.

His 1st wife said on tv that she divorced him for this reason. He hid it very well from the public - but people around him knew about it.

I read quite a while ago that a relative (I think it was a sister-in-law) said that he enjoyed cross dressing and Kris knew about it. She was OK with it as long as he kept it confined to the bedroom and private.

I am not surprised at the news, and can understand why he hid it. Until their reality show, his career & income was based on his Olympic fame. Now he has enough $$ to live comfortably and not worry about being whoever he really feels he is.

OT but sorta linked. I left a friendship because the husband of a friend turned out to be a cross dresser. I just couldn't get past the fact he promoted himself as a 'man of god' and then when he thought others weren't looking, he became another person. He would point out the faults in others but never was honest with himself.

well at least Kris made him rich with her show. So its a win for him and now he can live off the earnings of the show.

His children and step-children seem to love him very much, and support him.

His ex-wives still have good, civil relationships with him.

They're not complaining or condemning him. Why should outsiders?

Some of these attitudes (""hideous"") is precisely why transgenders and transsexuals have a suicide rate 8 times the national average. Seriously. Calling someone hideous because of the way they look? Think about it.
