How awful reading that bizarre, malicious, insolent note must have been for her. Equally troubling, is just how pervasive this problem has become. Some say, " it's just a sign of the times", but I would like to add that I don't recall this degree of "package piracy", prior to when video surveillance/security companies began advertising on television, images of package theft as part of their advertising campaign. There has always been an uptick in all kinds of thievery this time of year, including high volume theft of retail establishments. Because of what has now become such a rampant problem, I too, find myself in search of some form of video surveillance, as I have read cases where arrests have been made because of it. It is only a small number, but something is better than nothing. It's nice to see where some citizens are fighting back by setting traps of dirty diapers, trash and other unpleasant "goodies", and to that I say," GOOD FOR THEM"!
