Re: Boxed Pancake/Waffle Mix

@phoenixbrd Yes, this is a good choice.  (Whispering to you---it has the V on the front of the box....shhhh).

I make it with So Delicious organic coconut milk and I use extra virgin olive oil.  In the recipe and in the pan.

My grandchildren love it!  We all do.

Another Bisquick user here - but I do admit to adding a little sugar and vanilla for extra flavor...

Re: Boxed Pancake/Waffle Mix

Since I only make pancakes/waffles about once or twice a year I still make them from scratch, it's easy enough to do.

Re: Boxed Pancake/Waffle Mix

My husband prefers a mix, so it’s usually Bisquick, Hungry Jack, or Mrs Butterworths.      I prefer to make pancakes from scratch.

Re: Boxed Pancake/Waffle Mix

Years ago I used Bisquick, but it's so easy to make from scratch, I just do that.
