@nana59 If you can find the Jiffy Muffin mixes, they make great pancakes!

Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon & Chocolate are all favorites with me & my grandsons.

I stock up when I get to a Meijer's. They carry these, Raspberry & Banana.

For regular pancake mix Log Cabin All Natural Pancake mix is really good.

I use Bisquick and follow the recipe on the box or make it from scratch.  Both are delicious....
