Do you have a favorite brand....I don't cook from scratch much anymore....thank you...

No, but it's so easy to put flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in a zip lock bag and when you want pancakes or waffles, just add melted butter, eggs and buttermilk. I don't cook from boxes or cans.

Her whole wheat mix is good too.  We do not care for whole wheat bread or pasta so were surprised to like the pancake mix.

At one time, Bob Evans sold their pancake/waffle mix.  I am not sure if they do this anymore.

As I recall, they were very good.

@nana59, I love Belgian waffles but rarely am I in the mood to whip up egg whites, fold, etc.  so I use the Krusteaz Belgian waffle mix.  It makes regular waffles as well.

I prefer to make my own from eggs, milk, butter, flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.  But my favorite boxed mix is Hungry Jack Buttermilk.
