You have to be kidding.  Does it really matter as long as he/she/it posts in the correct category?

How does that work?

Women use more commas?

Maybe it's the font style...   men are serif, women are sans-serif?😉

As I say, sometimes someone trying to come across as the opposite gender fails so badly at it that it's comical.  He or she is attempting to hide his or her true identity and completely failing at it.     I feel like posting "the gig is up."

Out them, Pearley, you know it's the right thing to do!!!

(they will disappear, create a new account and come back to haunt you)

@software  And IMO this is precisely why someone tries to convince us he is a she or vice versa.   To disguise this very circumstance you mention.   That's also what is comical about it when the pretense is so obvious.  Smiley Happy

You broke the code, it's your duty to out them

Oh, well, the baseball game is more interesting.

Are you sure they're not really playing cricket?  They do hit the ball kinda funny.

I can't imagine anything less important than that. I don't care. I log on every few days to see what people are talking about, but I don't even look at their names! Does anyone pay attention to the made-up names of anonymous posters? I certainly don't use my real name!

I don't use my real name either.

I hope no one is shocked.  ;-)

@shell garden  Now you are also, like @Bri36, completely misinterpreting the point of this thread.   I don't care either whether someone reveals his or her gender.  It's trying to come across as the opposite gender from his / her true one that is the issue.  Not whether gender is revealed!

Lying /misleading others is just wrong. So lying/misleading about one's gender is the problem.   Not mentioning it at all is no problem.

@Pearlee....suga.  Let me see if I can explain it a little better.

I DON'T CARE!

If they want to lie or mislead anyone here, that is their problem!  I don't take things too seriously here and I certainly don't stay up at night wondering who or if someone is telling the truth about anything.

LIFE IS TOO SHORT......Next thread, please, lol.

@shell garden, this is PERFECT!

When i watch Martin on Downward Dog I have the strangest feeling that I was meant to be a dog and not a cat.
