Very annoying not to be able to make an online purchase when you have the time or need to.

I was a little surprised/shocked when I read all of the negativity toward the OP.  It's entirely possible that she had such a shi**y day or experience and was expressing how she felt about not being able to sign in versus a more serious problem.   I've been there.
