I have an All Clad one that I love but I still add a bit of butter for the flavor.

T-fal non stick fry pan, I bought it on the strength of excellent reviews, and it lives up to the hype.

I love my non-stick pan from amazon. They are SWISS brand. Not real cheap I take care of them. I have cardboard on tops when stacking. I don't put water in pan when pan is hot from stove. And I use wooded or safe spatulas. I have had mine for 10 years. I have a 12 inch and an 8 inch. I love the 8 in for one or two fried eggs
ETA The bottom is very thick and weighted. It distributes heatevenly, and doesn't warp at least mine hasn't , after 10 years

Buy a known name, and pitch it out frequently and get a new one. So don't pay a lot initially because none of them last a long time.

One of my favorite youtubers is" Vivian Tries", she did a demonstration on Blue Diamond pan and it did everything the infomercial said it did. You might want to check her out![]()

Curtis Stone's DuraPans on HSN. Looks like he has the TS next Saturday, the 16th, and often when he's featured they offer special pricing on some of his other pans ad kitchen aids, often with free shipping.
I love Curtis's pots and pans and was very happy to pitch the dreadful GreenPans I'd suffered with for years. They were garbage. Curtis's cookware is everything he says it is.

You're right - there are a ton of options and many prices. You can spend big bucks or less. For a non-stick pan that's used mostly for frying eggs, I'd probably suggest one of those "green" pans. I agree with @Sooner - buy the one that appeals to you and when it isn't non-stick anymore, then get a new one. If you're able to go to Walmart, check out what they have - a lot of options, no shipping and decent prices. Sometimes checking out options on the internet can lead to more confusion than is necessary.

@noodleann I just bought 8" and 10" green pan skillets from Target this week. They have the white ceramic non-stick coating inside.. Wanted them to keep eggs from sticking. Can you tell me what issues you had with them? I will watch the Curtis Stone TS on HSN and may return the green pans. I don't really know much about cookware as I am definitely not a cook.
