Not sure where you got that tidbit, but you obviously do not understand this "ban?", or "'semi automatics".

Who knows?  I don't.  I'm just tired of INDIVIDUALS getting in a mood to kill people who have done nothing to them in this country.

 

Gangs is another ball of wax.  Gang takedowns require the same kind of efforts used to convict Mafioso's.  Rico acts and other kinds of federal penalties for crimes they commit.  Gangs are Organized Crime.
